Article 6. Retraction

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fifteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for Exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of return fees.

Article 7. Delivery

Deliveries are made at the address indicated on the order form that can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by Mondial Relay,  Delivery service with follow-up. Delivery times are only indicative; If these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. The Game Plak SAS may provide by e-mail to the buyer the tracking number of his package. The buyer is delivered to his home by his factor or relay package, according to his choice during the order. In the event of the absence of the buyer, he will receive a notice of passage of his factor, which allows him to withdraw the products ordered from the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. Transportation risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of the SAS Game Plak'.The buyer is obliged to verify in the presence of the post office or the deliveryman, the Status of packaging of the goods and its content on delivery. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be carried out with the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 8. Warranty

All products provided by the SAS Game Plak 'benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the Game Plak 'SAS that will resume it, will exchange it or reimburse it. Article 9. Responsibility

The Game Plak SAS, In the distance selling process, is only held by an obligation of means. Its responsibility can not be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, viruses, termination of the service, or other involuntary problems.

Article 10. Intellectual property

All elements of the Game Plak website 'www.gameplak.comare and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the SAS Game Plak.

Nobody is allowed to reproduce, exploit, or use, even partially, elements of the site they are in the form of photo, logo, visual or text.

Article 11. Personal data

The Game Plak 'SAS undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, that it would be required to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning it is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978. As such, the user has a right of access, modification and removal of information. Article 12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by and submitted to French law.  Any dispute or dispute to which this contract could give rise, concerning both validity, its interpretation, its execution, its termination, their consequences and their follow-up, which could not have been the subject of an amicable agreement between the Buyer and the seller within thirty days, is submitted to the commercial court of the venue of the seller's head office, even in case of plurality of defendants and warranty calls.
